1998

◆ Zibo Hunatai Construction Machinery Factory was founded and the major products included machine parts and lifting machinery.

◆ To adjust organization structure, we established a lifting machinery company and a structure steel company. Then we started production of construction hoist, tower crane products. Our production efficiency was also significantly improved.

◆ Newly-developed tower crane passed the ministerial approval and were put into mass production.

◆ Our products were exported to India, Bangladesh, Benin and Morocco.

2000

◆ We obtained the ISO9001 quality system certificate.

◆ Our redesigned 5013 tower crane was successfully erected.

◆ We held a review meeting about 5516 tower crane and approved the design and production scheme of it on the meeting. Later, it became one of our leading products.

2002

◆ Tower Crane pulse assembly line officially started to work.

◆ Our production base equipped with assembly workshops was built and put into use.

◆ We successfully trial-produced 5023 tower crane. Moreover,5516 tower crane obtained provincial approval.

◆ Trial production of SC200/200 construction hoist was successful.

2003

◆ Our modified design on 5023 tower crane and universal design of joint between the winch and the chassis won science and technology development award for young workers of Shandong province.

◆6015 tower crane was successfully developed and put on the market. We also developed SC200 construction hoist with a large cross section.

◆ Four 5013 tower cranes were exported to Algeria.

◆ Topless tower crane was developed successfully and put in to production.

2004

◆ 6024 tower crane was successfully developed and put on the market.

◆ We successfully developed 6520 tower crane, SCD200/200P construction hoist and put them on the market

◆ We succeeded in trial-producing 5013-5 Potain type mini tower crane with mast section 1.2x1.2x3m, easy for erection.

2005

◆ SCD200/200P construction hoist with frequency converter, moment limiter for tower crane, 6036-12 tower crane and ZX-6T load lifting limiter all passed the provincial approval.

◆ We successfully launched our loading machine in China, where Caterpillar enjoyed geographic advantages.

2006

◆ Our overseas business development department was established. We attempted to sell our products on the internet for the first time.

◆ Our major products including 5516 and 6024 tower crane and SC200/200 construction hoist were rewarded as "Users Satisfying Products".

◆ For overall arrangement of our production facility, we built a painting factory with 2,000 square meters and put it into use.

2007

◆ We succeeded in trial production of 7030 tower crane and 7050 tower crane. 7030 tower crane was put on the market.

◆ We made some progress on foreign market expanding. Our products were sold to Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Jordan and Vietnam for the first time.

2008

◆ With more emphasis on brand building, we set up a after-sales service center, which also optimized our customer service.

2009

◆ Tower Crane Mast Section use Robot welding system, improve the tower crane quality.

2010

◆ Our production potential was further unleashed. We were able to product 6 tower cranes and two construction hoists every day.

◆ We have greatly improved our capability of independent innovation further. As a result, development, production and launching of a new product can be done in the same year. 5517 flat-top tower was a very good example.

◆ Two flame cutting machines were newly introduced , which led to automatic numerical controlled cutting.

2012

◆ Our steel structure production base was expanded further. The production capacity reached 200,000 tons.

◆ GHD4015 luffing tower crane and 6022 topless tower crane were successfully put on the market.

2013

◆ Shandong Runchen Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd was built, build the largest tower crane factory in China.

◆ We built a welding assembly line for mast section and main limb so that cutting and robotic automatic welding of mast sections can be finished in a continuous way.

◆ Set overseas office and established the overseas after sale service.

2015

◆ A new and large painting and shot blasting production line was introduced, which upgraded our traditional manual painting to automatic painting.

◆ We added 6 sets of Panasonic turntable welding robots, which contributed to automatic welding of turntable components.

◆ We won six patents for utility models certificates. One of them was for a kind of equipment used for joint between the stock and the overhead of tower cranes.

2016

◆ We signed a cooperation contract with a Israel top company to work together on a "New Generation Unmanned Intelligent Tower Crane" project.

◆ We successfully developed South America market. We signed a long term cooperation agreement with a Brazil agent.

◆ We attended "bauma China 2014-Shanghai international construction machinery exhibition".

◆ Our inner climbing tower crane was exported to Sri Lanka and Brazil.

◆ Our luffing tower crane as the most famous product in Korea.
